Born in Jakarta in 1989, he is a young entrepreneur whose business focuses on consulting in the fields of law and human resources—both of which are essential assets and key drivers in building a developed and prosperous nation.
He attended Marsudirini Senior High School and later graduated with a Cum Laude distinction from the Faculty of Psychology at Esa Unggul University in 2011. He subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Business Marketing and Human Resources at Esa Unggul University, graduating with Cum Laude honors in 2016. He holds licenses in Human Resources Development, Total Quality Management, and Business Development Support.
Since senior high school through university, he has been actively involved in various organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Student Executive Board and has also been involved in the management of political parties in Indonesia.
He is currently a member of HIMPSI (Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia / Indonesian Psychological Association) and a registered member of IdePreneurs, an organization that provides a platform for entrepreneurs to collaborate and develop innovation and creativity. He is also actively engaged in other entrepreneurial associations.
He actively writes and conducts research in the field of human resources. He has worked with multinational and prominent local companies in Indonesia and has more than 16 years of experience as a practitioner and consultant advisor in human resources, total quality management, and business development systems.
